â–ª Managing day-to-day emails & sorting mails 
â–ª Organising and maintaining calendar/diaries and making appointments
â–ª Producing documents, reports & spreadsheets, powerpoint presentation and so forth
â–ª Managing accounts,invoices, and keeping records of payments 
â–ª Liaising with contractors, staff, and clients 
â–ª Screening and logging phone calls, enquiries and requests
â–ª Travel arrangements and some concierge services 
â–ª Following up enquiries and confirming appointments
â–ª Filing & clutter clearing 
â–ª Drafting letters and emails when required
â–ª Preparing quotes, invoices and receipts
â–ª Contact management
â–ª Any data entry work (social media, databases, CRM)
